Currently, only our customers in Louisiana are subject to sales tax. All other orders will be processed without charging sales tax.
Supply kits are shipped on a weighted scale. 1 kit is $6.00 & it's an additional $7.00 per kit after 1.
Bliss takes the guess work and stress out of school supply shopping by providing pre-packaged school supply kits based on 'teacher specific' supply lists. Our supplies are name brand and high quality, ranging from Ticonderoga to Crayola!
Yes! The only items we do not currently provide in our school supply kits are coloring books, calculators, bags, crossword puzzles, and headphones. We like for our students to be able to choose the coloring book or headphones that works best for them.
Yes! It is extremely easy to get your school added to Bliss. Simply contact us here and provide your school's name and address to get it listed on our site. We will respond to your email alerting you when your school is added within 24 hours.
Will I save not only time but money using Bliss?Through our research, we find that our bundles are consistently priced lower than our competitors and superstores. So, not only will you save time, but your pockets will also thank you later.
Do you provide name brand supplies in your school supply kits?Yes, we promise to provide high quality products to all of our customers. Our bundles consist of popular names such as Crayola, Elmer's, EXPO, and more! We work with over 20 suppliers to gather the best products to save parents time and money
Unlike other school supply kit programs, we do not have a deadline. Our supply kits will be available even for our last second parents. However, we recommend ordering your kits at least 1 week before the first day of school if you want to receive your kit before your child's first day.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order ships, we will not be able to make any changes.
Order confirmation emails sometimes end up in your spam inbox, so that's the first place to check. You should receive a confirmation email immediately, but sometimes there can be a delay. If you haven't received your order confirmation after 24 hours, please contact us so we can make sure your order is okay.
We will offer a full refund after receiving your return before 30 days. More information on our refund policy can be found here
Please double check all tracking information from USPS first. You will find all relevant tracking information in the shipping email received from us. If your tracking number shows delivered, but you have not received your products, please contact us after checking with your neighbors and/or front office.
We currently do not offer international shipping options.
